A DANCE school is the latest tenant to sign up for space at Merlin Business Park in Burscough, West Lancashire.

The Kelly Shirley Dance School has been based at Edge Hill University in Ormskirk for the last 10 years but has upgraded to a purpose-built studio at Merlin.

Owner of the park George Bond said: “It’s great to see the park appealing to a wider audience.

“My vision back in 2006 was to create a work space for all commercial sectors.

“The arrival of the dance school demonstrates the opportunities for all types of businesses.”

Merlin Park site offers a range of small to medium-size units for sale or on flexible lease terms.

Dance school principal Kelly Tobin added: “We are absolutely delighted to have a permanent home at last.

“The school’s dramatic expansion has resulted in the dancers needing a base to call their own.

“We required a studio that offers permanent access. We felt Merlin offered just what we were looking for.”
