Established 20 years ago, DXP Ltd specialise in the supply and maintenance of new and legacy telephone systems and IP networks.

DXP are fully accredited Avaya and Nortel business partners, and are also an Apple service provider. Having made it’s name in the second user ISDX and Meridian market in the 1980s, DXP quickly established itself as a reliable alternative to BT, GPT and other major players in the telecommunications industry with numerous ‘blue chip’ companies amongst their extensive customer base.

With dedicated telesales and major accounts teams, DXP are able to offer system handsets, cards and peripherals, and also full project management of voice networks and complete systems, from 5 users up to 36,000 subscribers.

DXP’s team of in-house engineers are fully trained on the latest VoIP technology and call centre solutions, and are also able to support legacy equipment, including Meridian, Panasonic and Siemens systems.

The Nortel BCM range is fully IP capable, and has been designed to upgrade and replace Meridian Norstar systems, while still retaining existing handsets and features. The BCM50 is now able to connect SIP trunks, and the BCM200 & BCM400 have recently been superceded by the BCM450.

Avaya IP Office offers SOHO solutions and SME systems, to accommodate up to 240 analogue, digital or IP endpoints, while the Definity, MultiVantage and Communications Manager are able to cater for single or multi-site offices and call centres.
