SUZUKI has added two new models to its three-door Grand Vitara SZ range, while the existing version gets minor styling enhancements and a major safety upgrade.
The new models are the 1.6-litre petrol and 1.9-litre diesel versions, which join the existing 2.4-litre petrol model.
The 1.6-litre petrol version costs from £13,600 and has economy of 35mpg, a CO² rating of 195g/km, acceleration to 60mph in 14.4 seconds and a top speed of 100mph.
The 1.9 DDiS model costs from £16,200 and has economy of 40mpg, a CO² rating of 183g/km, acceleration to 60mph in 12.8 seconds, and a 105mph top speed.
Unlike most of its rivals, however, the Grand Vitara does not come with a two-wheel-drive option, having permanent four-wheel drive.
The vehicles come with free finance until October.
