CAMERON DIAZ’S film choices aren’t always spot on (remember Bad Teacher?), but sometimes she gets the adorability factor just right.
In the movie, The Holiday – which is being screened with perfect timing – she is on familiar romantic comedy territory alongside Jude Law, with Diaz, left, Kate Winslet and Jack Black.
Diaz, right, and Winslet play two disillusioned women living on opposite sides of the Atlantic who impulsively decide to swap homes for Christmas – little expecting to find new love.
Yes, it’s a bit on the schmaltzy side, but it’s also a great post-Christmas heartwarmer.
