ART: St Helens-based artist Paul Cousins developed the strange technique of painting in watercolour and wine when flying from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Unable to take a bottle of water on board, due to tightened security regulations, he dipped his brush into his drink to create the works in his exhibition Painting in Thin Air.St Helens World of Glass, until September 13.
