FRESH from picking up her MOBO award, Nigerian singer Nneka is out on tour promoting her new album, No Longer At Ease.
She’ll be making a stop at the Picket tomorrow, with support from Liverpool’s own KOF and Janiece Myers.
The concert is part of Africa Oye’s Legacy Project, which aims to open young people’s minds to black music's past, present and future.
Four young people will be working with Africa Oye before, during and after the concert to learn how to organise and manage an event from start to finish.
A DVD about the project will be produced and distributed in December 09.
