Original Soap Opera by Ernesto Muniz
NINE new collages by Mexican artist and award- winning photographer Ernesto Muñiz are on display at the Corke Gallery in Aigburth.
Created from found materials and images cut from magazines, his art works are intended to stimulate alternative ways of thinking, often with a twist of humour.
Three installations, put together during his 11-day residency at the gallery, complete the show.
Muñiz last exhibited in Liverpool as part of the Independents Biennial last autumn, in the Corke Gallery’s Outsiders In exhibition, which also included work by Banksy and other international street artists.
Unholy Heart by Ernesto Muñiz, runs until July 21.
