Tony Williams was Seeing Double for his panoramic picture of the city's historic waterfront with a busy scene of maritime activity on the Mersey in the foreground.
David Firth's Illustrious Past showed the ship letting off some steam in front of the Liver Building.
A glowing HMS Illustrious by night was taken by David McHale.
Colin Savage said goodbye to “Lusty” by silhouetting her under the setting sun as she sailed away along the Eiver Mersey.
