RAFA BENITEZ sent a heartfelt message to the thousands of Liverpool fans in Athens who have not managed to get tickets for tonight's Champions League final - and pleaded for calm.
The Reds boss said at last night's final press briefing inside the Olympic Stadium: "The first thing we must say is sorry because there are no tickets for many of our fans.
"We would like to see all our supporters in the stadium. It would be perfect. But we would need a bigger stadium and you can't change things now.
"The message must be to try to be calm. It's important to show the rest of the world that we can do the right things on the pitch and off it."
