Momo Sissoko is reported to have said he is better than Javier Mascherano.

Juvenutes were chasing both Sissoko and Mascherano during last month’s transfer window, but eventually plumped for the former.

This, apparently, did not go down well with the majority of Juventus supporters who were heavily against the signing of Sissoko and would have liked to see Mascherano at their club instead.

The Malian international is reported to have said: “I want to win titles. Trust me, I am better than Mascherano.”

Potential Liverpool target Diego could be heading to Italy to join Juventus according to reports in Italian media.

Diego has been in excellent form this season for his side Werder Bremen and has also caught the eye of Real Madrid, Inter Milan as well as Liverpool.

It is believed that Werder are ready to talk to potential bidders but have set an asking price at 26 million Euros, a fee of around £20 million.
