Peter Crouch: I'd love Liverpool to win the league!

PETER CROUCH revealed he would love Liverpool to win the league – even though he could dent their title ambitions at Anfield.
Crouch will left Liverpool for Portsmouth in the summer and is set to make his first appearance in front of the Kop since his moving to the south coast club in an £8m move in July.
And although the England man will be doing everything he can to try and give new Pompey boss Tony Adams a victory in his first game in charge tonight, but he still hopes Liverpool go on to lift the league title for the first time in 19 years.
“Obviously, I’m a Portsmouth player now and we will be coming to Anfield to try and get a result, said Crouch. “But Liverpool are doing ever so well at the moment and it will be very tough, especially after they had such a great win at Chelsea on Sunday.
“I know just what a fantastic club Liverpool is and I still feel privileged to have played for them.
“It was hard to leave Liverpool because they are such a great club but I felt I needed to be playing more regularly and Portsmouth offered me the opportunity to do that.
