MUSICAL: Rodgers and Hammerstein’s wonderful musical Carousel, about a dead father keeping watch over his daughter, arrives in a new production from the Rock Ferry Amateur Operatic Society. Some of the writers’ best songs are in Carousel, including June Is Bustin’ Out All Over and If I Loved You, but the one best known on Merseyside is You’ll Never Walk Alone.
