City dock showcase for beach photos

THE works of renowned photographer Ron Davies are on display again in a new exhibition at the Albert Dock.

Crosby-based Ron produces limited edition giclée art prints of his personal work, and has been photographing the Iron Men of Antony Gormley's Another Place, on Crosby Beach, since their installation in July, 2005.

The new exhibition, at unit C18 at the dock, consists of a small selection of his Gormley statues work and some of his Liverpool images alongside his acclaimed Liverpool Capital of Culture poster.  He will be holding signing sessions this month on August 9, 10 and 25, with more dates to be announced.

The exhibition runs until September 19.

All images are printed on archival quality, cotton rag, acid-free, artist watercolour paper created by the giclée process using light fast pigment inks, which is available for purchase as large format limited edition prints from Liverpool Pictures Shop.
