CLASSICAL: Brahms shows his lighter side in his sunny Piano Concerto No. 2, a romantic epic that still manages to be playful. Arcadi Volodos, hailed as the heir to the great Russian keyboard tradition, makes his Liverpool debut tonight with Vasily Petrenko, above, conducting. ART: DaDa Fest is holding a day-long user-led event that promotes and celebrates learning disability arts and culture.
