Would you dare to bare all for the camera?

The Undressed treatment

Claire Simonsen

CLAIRE SIMONSEN, 33, was in Yaffe Fusion Art having a fully-clothed portrait taken when she decided to experience the Undressed treatment.

"It started because we had been to get a family one done and there were nude pictures on display," she explains.

"My husband said ‘you should get one of those done’ but I said ‘No’ because I couldn’t imagine taking my clothes off in front of a camera. Then I learned that it would be a female photographer and that changed everything."

Claire chose three of the images to be enlarged.

They are now hanging on the wall in the master bedroom of her Ainsdale home.

"I chose a couple where I am wearing a pink negligee, which are very girly, and one where I am lying on my back, which is the sexier one," she says.

"I didn’t feel embarrassed at all when I was having the photographs taken as they made you feel so comfortable. I thought I would feel strange standing in my underwear but it was actually fun."

The mother-of-two has since been back to have another set of Undressed portraits done, this time of herself and her husband, the former Everton goalkeeper Steve Simonsen, 28, which they keep in an album.

And, for Christmas, Steven surprised Claire with a nude photograph of himself, now on display in the couple’s en- suite bathroom.

"When my friends come round and see the pictures they are very complimentary and say ‘wow, they’re fab!’.

"I have even persuaded one of my friends to go along with her boyfriend to have it done."
