A SURVEY has shown that the working hours of North West entrepreneurs have increased to more than 50 hours a week.
The study, conducted by Bank of Scotland Business Banking, shows small business managers work close to 51 hours a week, an average increase of two hours per week compared to last year.
The survey claims the work load is likely to increase for many North West small business owners, with 28% expecting to work longer hours for the rest of the year due to the current economic climate.
The survey also reveals 75% of North West small business owners claim to feel stressed by the running of their businesses.
