DEBBIE Johnson meets two former university flatmates who can't get enough of city life
Sara says: "It is gorgeous. The floors are a light grey tile, but it has underfloor heating, so when you walk in, it's lovely and warm. The bath is what they call an aromatherapy bath - in reality, that means it is really big, deep, wide and comfortable, and has a Jacuzzi function as well.
"It is a great bathroom, and, of course, being two girls living together, especially just after Christmas, we have loads of products, so it can get a bit cluttered!"
The apartment represents a kind of halfway house for Sara and Joanne.
Sara says: "It has some of the benefits of being a student, like still sharing with your friend, who you know you will get on well with, but it is much more grown up. We take care of it, and are quite sensible during the week when we have work - we do make sure we enjoy our weekends, though!"
