* MALMAISON’S first new-build, at Liverpool’s Princes Dock, is the location for today’s fashion shoot. 

Opened with a star-studded launch party last month, the £14m, 130-bedroom hotel features a private dining room, integrated into the main kitchen so diners can watch the head chef at work, and only the third luxurious Veuve Clicquot Champagne bar in the world.
