"This room is fantastically quiet," says Ian, "nice and bright, but so cosy and comfortable as well."
 
The location of the Symphony couldn't be better for Ian and Minako.
 
He says: "It really is lovely here. We are in the city, but not too much in the city - far enough for quiet, but near enough for a five- minute walk to take us to a café, or into Bold Street. We really enjoy living here."
