Jane Gallagher discovers our wardrobes are home to clothes for different occasions and in various sizes, while some are hidden away and forgotten about

“I’ve also got everyday clothes for work, that I try to steer clear of at the weekend.

“But I have bought some items in my wardrobe that I have only worn a few times or not at all, including a white Vivienne Westwood dress that I’ve worn only once.

“Dressing in a certain way alters your mood. Wearing clothes that you know fit and suit you definitely makes you feel more confident than just pulling out whatever’s clean at the time.“
