Wags in mud

ALTHOUGH Coleen McLoughlin donned her wellies last year for the V Festival, we have yet to see fellow Liverpool Wag Alex Curran dancing in a field or using a portaloo.

However, Creamfields fans say the Aintree-born blonde is the person they would most like to see rolling about in the mud.

Creamfields asked 1,000 ticket holders which footballers’ wives or girlfriends they would most like to see in a pair of wellies, and the soon-to-be Mrs Gerrard received an overwhelming 60% of the votes.

Alex beat Queen Wag Victoria Beckham into second place with the posh one taking just 25% of fans’ votes. Propping up the top three was Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole – wife of Chelsea and England star Ashley Cole – who received only 15% of the votes.

Creamfields, which takes place on Bank Holiday weekend Saturday, August 25, also asked fans which celebrity they would most like to share a portaloo with – and 54% of fans felt that they would prefer to spend a penny with Celebrity Big Brother's shock queen Danielle Lloyd; while Kate Moss gained 20%, and the Rolling Stones's Keith Richards came in at last place, with 6%.
