IT MAY be the season of goodwill to all men, but Christmas is really all about the children.

While their thoughts may be focused on the pyjamas they are going to wear to bed on Christmas Eve, parents will be hoping they make it through the big day without setting their new party outfit alight from a brush with the dinner candles or covering it in figgy pudding.

Pastel dresses that could have been borrowed from the fairy on top of the tree are popular for girls this season, paired with thick tights and silver shoes.

Boys will no doubt love brightly coloured jumpers worn over smart jeans and trainers that have not yet been walked through mud.

TO GET into the Christmas spirit, the stage set for the Everyman‘s famous rock ’n’ roll pantomime is the location for this week’s fashion shoot.
