DO YOU love flashing your flesh on the beach or by the pool? Or are you in the camp that for 11 months and two weeks of the year avoids thinking about beachwear?

With our cardy-friendly climate, it’s very often the latter.

But if you’re going on holiday, unless you are renting out Necker (Richard Branson’s private island) this year, you’re going to have to get acquainted with swimwear quite soon, and the good news is there’s a style to flatter every body.

Halter necks and tie legs boost curviness, while swimsuits with tummy control can produce a smooth svelte outline.

With online companies like Figleaves and Pour Moi? used for this week’s shoot, you can browse hundreds of different designs and try them on in the priv- acy of your own home. Spend a bit of time over it so you can make a splash by the pool.

PINE Tops Heath and Fit- ness, at Shorrocks Hill Country Club, in Formby, is doubling for the sun-drenched Caribbean in this week’s fashion shoot.

It offers a heated outdoor heated pool, open all year round, which is surrounded by sunloungers to lie in and soak up the sunshine. Indoors, there’s another heated pool, a spa pool, a Turkish steam room, hot jacuzzi, sauna, gym and fitness studio. For those who want to exercise outdoors, there’s beach volleyball, a trim trail and tennis courts.
