THE Fir Tree Pub in Croxteth Park, will re-open under new management in three months time.
Liverpool City Coucil’s licensing authority chose not to revoke the pubs licence and agreed the pub could open again as long as it meets a number of conditions.
These include ensuring a suitable manager is found and putting a barrier across the car park entrance.
Eleven-year-old Rhys Jones was shot in the car park outside the pub last August, and the premised were closed in Febuary after Merseyside Police found nine ounces of Cannabis and drug related paraphernalia.
