A SEVEN year-old who went missing sparking a police hunt across Liverpool has been found safe and well.

Officers raided several properties in Speke last week in the search for little Molly Webster.

The schoolgirl had been with Liverpool-born mother, Christine Bell, 41, who had collected her for a short break at the end of the school holidays.

Her father Gordon Webster, who lives in Peterborough, has legal custody and had expected her to be returned in time for the new school term.

Merseyside Police liaised with Molly’s family and she was returned to Liverpool last Friday evening.

Police officers then escorted the youngster back to Peterborough, where her father lives, on Saturday afternoon.
