Business park plan

WORK has started on a new £5m business park at Ellesmere Port which could create hundreds of jobs.

The development at Newbridge Road will be known as New Port business park.

As a first phase the council is constructing seven industrial units.

The scheme is expec-ted to be completed in November. It is being financed by the council, with assistance from the European Regional Development Fund and Northwest Develop-ment Agency.
