Director appointed

WIRRAL Council has announced the name of its new director for Adult Social Services.

John Webb, the council’s current head of service, referral, assessment and care management, will take up the role later this year.

Mr Webb, who joined the council from Halton borough three years ago, will succeed Kevin Miller.
