Viking invasion

FAMILIES are welcome to join a Viking event which is being held in the Wirral on Sunday between 11am and 4.30pm.

A Viking encamp-ment will be on the main events field at Royden Park in West Kirby featuring realistic displays of fabric handling, dying, washing, spinning and cookery.

A small demon-stration of combat may also take place.
