Youngsters pick films

BUDDING teenage reviewers are being offered the chance to select short movies for a film festival.

FACT, in Liverpool city centre, is on the hunt for young blood and new talent aged 13-19 to join its team of reviewers, selectors, researchers, web designers and filmmakers.

From 2pm to 6pm on Tuesday, the Wood Street centre is opening its doors to teenagers who will meet other young people, talk to staff and filmmakers and put their name down to get further involved.

They can also pick the best films for the Young Liverpool Film Night later in the year.
