Flasher looked younger than ten

A BOY younger than ten-years-old flashed at an elderly woman on a Wirral train before making indecent suggestions to her.

British Transport Police are appealing for witnesses to the indecent exposure, which has left the 77-year-old victim deeply traumatised.

The boy was travelling with a group of five others when the incident happened on the train heading towards West Kirby.

BTP say the group were using bad language to each other and towards the victim when one of them, described as under the age of 10, indecently exposed himself to the victim.

He then made a number of indecent suggestions towards the victim.

The young offender is described as white with short fair hair and a chubby face, wearing a grey tracksuit with long sleeves.

The incident happened between Conway Park and Birkenhead Park at 3.30pm on July 21.
