Doctor remanded on terror charge

A FORMER Liverpool doctor accused of withholding information which could have prevented an act of terrorism has been remanded in custody until next month.

Sabeel Ahmed, 26, appeared at the City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

His brother, Kafeel Ahmed, was the driver of a Jeep which crashed into Glasgow Airport on June 30.

He died earlier this month after sustaining burns to 90% of his body.
