LIVERPOOL is the UK’s fourth-best city for spa- cious properties, new research reveals today.
Based on the average national house price of £198,915, Liverpool is shown to be head and shoulders above most other cities, with the average property in the city providing 128 square metres of room.
That is 5% more than Manchester and a massive 151% more than a property of the same value in London.
Instant Access Properties, the country’s largest property-sourcing company, audited 15 locations across the UK to see where the best returns are for living space.
The best city for room space was Bradford, followed by Sheffield and then Glasgow.
