LIVERPOOL’S Culture Bus has been given a new look.
The 39-seater coach gives free transport to cultural events and venues to school and youth groups in Neighbourhood Renewal Fund areas of Liverpool.
It has been decorated with a winning picture in a competition which asked children to think about why Liverpool is the European Capital of Culture, and to research a subject about Liverpool.
The winning picture was by eight-year-old Che Wilson, of St Matthew’s Catholic Primary, who drew a picture about the Liver Building. He won a trip for himself and 19 of his schoolmates on the Yellow Duckmarine.
