Theatre deal for 08 Card holders

MERSEYSIDE’S 08 Card holders are being offered the chance to buy tickets for more than 10 shows throughout 2008 at the Liverpool Empire – before they go on sale to the public.

08 Card holders can buy tickets for the next week, a week before the general public. They will be entitled to four tickets per show and will be asked to provide the box office with their 08 Card number when buying their tickets either from the box office or by calling 0870 606 3536.

The shows offering priority booking to 08 Card holders include: British Dance: Edition 2008; Ellen Kent – Sleeping Beauty and the Nutcracker; Madame Butterfly and La Traviata; Rupert Bear – Follow The Magic; Dancing in the Streets; South Pacific; Fiddler on the Roof; Birkenhead Operatic Society Trust’s The Scarlet Pimpernel; Disney’s High School Musical and For the Love of Mrs Brown.

08 Card Holders are also being offered two tickets for the price of one for Half a Sixpence on September 17 and King Cotton on September 26 and 27.

Thousands of cards are available to pick up free through Tourist Information Centres and Merseytravel Centres, or apply via www.08card.co.uk.
