Time to Respect Wirral

THE first ever Respect Wirral week starts next Monday, October 1, with an Information Day for families at Birkenhead Park Pavilion, from 2-8pm.

While children can spend time having their faces painted or playing on a bouncy castle, parents can find out more about the agencies in Wirral and what role they have in dealing with anti-social behaviour.

There will also be a prize draw.

Wirral is one of 40 areas in England to be designated by the government as a Respect area.

Monday’s Info Day is a fun way of introducing the rest of the week’s activities, which include environmental clean-ups, Family Intervention Project launch, and a conference for community representatives.
