Jazz night to aid hospice

WIRRAL Jazz Friends are holding their 27th event for Claire House Children’s Hospice with the theme “A Happy & Hip Jazz Night”.

It will feature the Blue Magnolia Jass Orchestra and a special set by the remarkable young pianist, Tom Kincaid, who is inspired by jazz giants from Professor Longhair to Oscar Peterson.

The jazz night takes place at the Heswall Royal British Legion, Pensby Road from 7.30pm on Friday October 19. Tickets cost £7.50 and can be reserved by calling Clive Edwards on 0151 336 1190.
