Indecent assault

A 37-YEAR-OLD wom- an was dragged to the floor by her hair and indecently assaulted as she talked on her mobile phone outside a Neston public house.

The assault happened at 11.45pm on October 11 as she left the Wetherspoon’s pub.

Her attacker is described as being white, over 25, around 5ft 8inches tall, of average build and with short dark hair.
