Two dead in road crash

TWO people have died after a car and a motorbike crashed in Cheshire.

The smash happened on the A556 Chester Road in Oakmere at 1pm yesterday.

The road was closed at the junction with the A49 and Hogshead Lane for almost four hours while police investigated the circumstances of the accident.
