First £1.5m apartments

THE first £1.5m luxury penthouse apartments in the North West have been launched with an event in Liverpool.

The six penthouses, three of which have already been sold, sit on top of the 27-storey Unity building, overlooking the waterfront and with views across the River Mersey and beyond.

Mike Stares, director of developers Rumford Investments, said: “These penthouses are very special and set a benchmark for luxury living.”
