Three in court charged with serious assault

THREE people are due to appear at court today in connection with a serious assault on a 41-year-old man from Wallasey.

He was found at home with serious head injuries on October 19 and is in a critical condition at Arrowe Park Hospital.

Anthony Morris, 60, of Dalton Road, Wallasey and two male juveniles, aged 14 and 17 from the local area, have been charged with assault and violent disorder and will appear at Birkenhead Magistrates’ Court.
