The Fab Four take their places for theme hotel’s grand opening

FOUR larger-than-life sculptures of The Beatles have taken pride of place on the front of the Hard Days Night Hotel, which opens for business tomorrow.

The 9ft casts of John, Paul, George and Ringo were installed yesterday to look down at visitors to the North John Street venue, the first in the world to be dedicated to the band. The four-star hotel, decorated throughout with original artwork, is expected to be fully booked this weekend as fans and corporate clients from around the world clamour for the first look inside.

The story of The Beatles is told throughout the themed 110-room hotel and its two bars, restaurant, cafe and wedding chapel. Hard Days Night has been swamped with international media interest as employees worked around the clock ahead of its official opening.
