COUNCIL tenants in Ellesmere Port and Neston can now report non-urgent routine repairs using the authority’s website.
The borough council’s repairs and maintenance unit manager, Peter Jones, said: “This is a brand new facility providing tenants with enhanced options for reporting repairs and will help us deal quickly with the 2,000 plus requests for repairs we currently receive each month.”
Tenants can visit the council homepage at: www.epnbc.gov.uk. They can then click on the “Report It” option on the right hand side of the screen. A list of options then appears.
