KERRY KATONA is in hospital amid fears she may have pre-eclampsia.

The 27-year-old from Warrington, who plans to name her unborn baby boy after her PR guru Max Clifford, is there as a “precautionary measure”, Mr Clifford confirmed.

The troubled star’s first baby boy is due to be born in May, and Mr Clifford described the naming honour as “lovely”.

Katona, who left rehab just days ago, is being treated in Macclesfield, Cheshire, Mr Clifford said.

He continued: “She’s been in a lot of pain, particularly in the last few days.

“The symptoms she’s showing are possibly that of pre-eclampsia.”

Filming of Katona’s MTV reality series Crazy In Love was suspended as the mother-of-three went back to rehab.

Reports alleged her husband Mark Croft, 37, slept with a barmaid he met in a nightclub in July.

But Mr Clifford, who gave Katona away when she married, said she was being treated for her bipolar disorder.
