Argentina night for VIP card winner

MEMBERS of the official Capital of Culture membership card are being given the chance to win a VIP evening to the premiere of Evita.
The winner will travel to and from the Liverpool Empire, where the musical is being staged, in an Evita branded taxi. The winner will also be wined and dined at the Meet Argentina restaurant.
