THE Bluecoat has paid tribute to the fire and flood restoration specialists who got the arts centre open inside 10 days, after a major blaze hit this month.
Alastair Upton, chief executive at the Bluecoat, said: “The Revival Arepa team pulled out all the stops to get the building up and running in 10 days. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their hard work and commitment to helping us achieve this.”
Graham Orriss, managing director of Revival Arepa, said: “We recognised the importance of having the arts space open to the public. There was a lot of damage, including equipment such as computers and printers.”
