Fan’s motorised shrine to Westlife

Fan’s motorised shrine to Westlife

AMONG the thousands of Westlife fans who packed the Echo Arena last night was a group of friends who had been to the band’s previous 13 concerts on the tour.

Debs Moore, 42, and her self-styled “Team Girl” gang saw the boys open the tour in Liverpool on February 29.

Ahead of last night’s gig she told the Daily Post: “I think it will be emotional tonight because they are going on a break for a year.”

“I think there’ll be a lot of tears.”

The mother-of-four from Grimsby had her car daubed with pictures of the band after appearing on ITV’s Westlife Show in December.

The Fiat Punto is now a motorised-shrine to the Irish pop quartet.

She said she has been a fan for eight years and her favourite track is Flying Without Wings.
