Betting shop hit by robbers

ROBBERS armed with an axe targeted a Ladbrokes betting shop in Liverpool.

The incident took place on Tuesday, at 12.20pm on Larkhill Lane, West Derby.

Three men entered the shop, two jumped on the counter and used the axe to smash the glass divide, they were then able to seize money from behind the cashier area. The three then ran away on foot.
