SAFETY concerns were raised last night over a giant illuminated screen installed in Liverpool’s Lime Street.
Drivers complained they were distracted by the size and the brightness of the installation, close to the Holiday Inn hotel.
One said: “It’s ridiculously bright and is virtually illuminating the whole of Lime Street.
“When I drove towards the screen, I had to make sure I kept my eyes on the road as it was so distracting.”
