The tall ship, Training Ship Royalist, arrives at Albert Dock _320
THE first of the Tall Ships taking part in next week-end’s spectacular inter-national event docked in Liverpool yesterday.
The TS Royalist is a cadet training ship and will be joined by almost 100 others when the Tall Ships race gets under way on July 21.
Captain Gordon Pater-son said it was great to be the first to berth at the Albert Dock.
Yesterday, the ship’s previous crew of cadets from around the north-west of England, brought the vessel safely into port.
