Refuse collections : If grey bins are not collected on July 16 and 17, residents are asked to put out their grey bin on their normal day the following week - instead of their green bin. Up to two bags of extra waste will also be collected (on July 23 and July 24 only) provided they are left next to the grey bin.

Green bins at these properties will then be emptied on their next scheduled collection day during the week commencing August 4.

Green bins that are not emptied on July 16 and 17 will be collected on the next normal scheduled green bin days - ie July 30 and 31.

Properties that still receive a weekly black plastic sack service are asked to store any uncollected bags and put them out on the normal collection day the following week.

Green Bee recycling services and kitchen food scrap collections should not be affected by the industrial action.

Residents who live in a property where refuse and recycling services will be affected by the Open Golf Championship should refer to the letter that has been sent to them directly.
